Karma-Yoga Activities

Voluntary help is a special characteristic of the Milarepa Retreat Center. It is an integral part of our meditative practice.
While doing housekeeping activities and simple daily tasks we can become aware of our conditionings and integrate them into our practice. We practice mindfulness in our everyday activities and engage ourselves actively for the group.
This voluntary help is a valuable part of our practice on the spiritual path and also serves the accumulation of merit (karma yoga).

We will announce every month where we need your support and are looking forward to your voluntary help.
