 Vipassana Program online:

In depth look at the mind from direct perception or special insight. The students will be introduced to the workings of their own mind bringing them closer to a direct perception of the true nature of their own minds. This can only be down through personal experience of observing the mind in a way unique to the practice of Vipassana. There will be guided practices and practice in couples to facilitate a direct insight and discussion of one’s experiences as a necessary part of the discovery. Breathing and movement will be used to enhance one’s capacity. 4 weekends.
