HEVAJRA /NAIRATMYA PRACTICE GROUP
In accordance with His Holiness Drikung Kyabgon Thinley Lhundup’s wish, a continuous practice of Hevajra and Nairatmya, led by Elvira Glück, will be carried out in a group at the Milarepa Retreat Centre. However, for the time being, due to Corona, this can only take place online via Zoom. In these meetings of about one to two hours, we will alternate the practice of Hevajra and Nairatmya.
REQUIREMENT: For participation in this Practice Group it is mandatory to have a Hevajra/Nairatmya Empowerment.

We have started on 25 March 2021 at 19:00 with the Hevajra Practice.
Since then we practice every thursday in a 2-week rhythm Hevajra/ Nairatmaya.
Everybody, who fulfills the requirements is very welcome to join the Practice-Group.

ELVIRA GLÜCK:
Elvira Glück worked as a graduate mathematician in the IT sector for 14 years and then as a Qigong teacher and trainer for 30 years. In 1987 she began her spiritual path with meditation under Hetty Draayer and studying Qigong with Chinese Qigong Masters, which led to a change of profession. She has been a Buddhist since 1993, a disciple of H.H. Drikung Kyabgon Thinley Lhundup and H.E. Garchen Rinpoche, under whose guidance she has conducted annual retreats in Dehradun/India and Chino Valley/Arizona since 2000. In 2007 she participated in a Nairatmya retreat with H.H. Drikung Kyabgon Thinley Lhundup in Dehradun and has been practising Nairatmya ever since. She received permission from His Holiness to participate in the 2019 Hevajra Retreat at Phyang/Ladakh Monastery and also conducted her own Hevajra Retreats in preparation for this. His Holiness appointed her to lead a practice group for Hevajra and Nairatmya at the Milarepa Retreat Center.
